PICEA ABIES ROTENHAUSII
Grower Notes:
Picea abies 'Rotenhausii' is commonly referred to as Rotenhausii Norway Spruce. It is a very narrow, weeping evergreen tree that stays less than 2 feet wide at 10 feet tall. It has an upright leader and does not require staking. It is shaped like a cylindrical fountain and the branches resemble water beautifully cascading down.
Rotenhausii Norway Spruce is easy to grow and maintain. It does not require pruning and thrives in full sun in slightly acidic, evenly moist, well-drained soils. It can tolerate dry sites and prefers cooler climates.
